Interpretation of Revelation Chapter 9 Verse 13

The sixth angel sounds his trumpet and a voice is heard from the horns of the golden altar before God. The voice commands the sixth angel to release the four angels that have been bound at the great river Euphrates. The four angels are then released, and they are allowed to kill one third of humanity by using fire, smoke, and sulfur. After this is done, the other two thirds of humanity will still be able to repent, but will still suffer from the terrible plagues that come with the sounding of the six trumpets.
