Interpretation of Revelation Chapter 7 Verse 13

The passage is from the book of Revelation in the New Testament. In this passage, an angelic elder is speaking to John, the author of Revelation, and asking him to identify the people dressed in white robes. This scene is part of a vision that John is having, and the people in white robes are part of the multitude of people from every nation, tribe, people, and language who have come out of the great tribulation and are standing before the throne and before the Lamb. The angelic elder is asking John to explain who these people are and where they have come from. The elder’s answer reveals that these people are those who have been redeemed by the Lamb and have been made ready to serve God in His heavenly kingdom. They have been brought through the great tribulation and are now standing in the presence of God, clothed in the pure and white robes of His righteousness.
