Interpretation of Revelation Chapter 3 Verse 14
In Revelation 3:14, Jesus is speaking to the angel of the church in Laodicea. Jesus identifies himself as the “Amen,” the faithful and true witness, and the beginning of the creation of God. He is reminding the people of the church in Laodicea that he is the source of all truth, and that his words should be taken seriously. He is also reminding them of his power and authority over creation, and that they should rely on him for guidance. The people of Laodicea are called to repent and turn to Jesus for salvation, for he is the only one that can lead them to eternal life.
