Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son [to be] the propitiation for our sins.
Interpretation of 1 John Chapter 4 Verse 10
This verse from 1 John 4:10 tells us that God loves us even when we do not love Him. He showed this love by sending His son, Jesus, to be the atoning sacrifice for our sins, so that we could be reconciled with Him. Though we may not always love God, He will always love us and provide us with the opportunity to be reconciled with Him.
