Revelation 18:7
The Bible in Revelation Chapter 18 Verse 7 says:
How much soever she glorified herself, and waxed wanton, so much give her of torment and mourning: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall in no wise see mourning.
Interpretation of Revelation Chapter 18 Verse 7
This verse of Revelation 18:7 is a warning to those who are prideful and who seek to exalt themselves. God is telling them that the punishment for their arrogant behavior will be great and they will face torment and mourning. God also reminds them that no matter how much they seek to be like a queen, they are still a widow and will not be exempt from experiencing grief in life.
