Revelation 17:2

The Bible in Revelation Chapter 17 Verse 2 says:

with whom the kings of the earth committed fornication, and they that dwell in the earth were made drunken with the wine of her fornication.

Interpretation of Revelation Chapter 17 Verse 2

Revelation 17:2 describes the seductive power of a great prostitute. She is a religious figure with whom the kings of the earth have committed spiritual adultery. The kings have been drawn to her and have been made drunk with her false teachings and idolatry. This woman represents the worldly power and influence of the great city of Babylon. She is a symbol of all the false religions, idolatries, and immoral practices that have been embraced by the world throughout history. The result of such idolatry is spiritual destruction and death.
