Revelation 8:3
The Bible in Revelation Chapter 8 Verse 3 says:
And another angel came and stood over the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given unto him much incense, that he should add it unto the prayers of all the saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne.
Interpretation of Revelation Chapter 8 Verse 3
In this verse, an angel is described as coming and standing over the altar, holding a golden censer. He is given a great amount of incense to add to the prayers of all the saints that are offered on the golden altar before the throne of God. The angel is a symbol of God’s presence and his purpose is to add his own prayers to the ones of the faithful. The incense is symbolic of the prayers of the saints and the golden censor is a representation of the offering of the prayers to God. This verse is a reminder of the importance of prayer in our lives and the power of offering our prayers to God.
