Interpretation of Revelation Chapter 6 Verse 2

Revelation 6:2 is part of a vision given to the Apostle John, in which he sees a white horse with a rider sitting on it. The rider is carrying a bow and has been given a crown. The rider is depicted as coming forth to conquer and to keep on conquering. This vision is symbolic of Jesus Christ, the “King of Kings,” coming to judge the world and bring justice to those who have done wrong. He will conquer and continue to conquer over all the forces of evil in the world. The crown symbolizes His authority and His right to rule. The bow symbolizes His power and His ability to bring justice and judgment upon the world.
