Revelation 2:4
The Bible in Revelation Chapter 2 Verse 4 says:
But I have [this] against thee, that thou didst leave thy first love.
Interpretation of Revelation Chapter 2 Verse 4
Revelation 2:4 is a warning to the Church of Ephesus. Jesus is telling them that although they have done many good works, they have left behind their first love – their love for Jesus and His teachings. He encourages them to repent and go back to their first love. He promises them that if they do this, they will receive a reward from Him. This is a reminder to all believers to never forget their love for Jesus and to always keep Him at the center of their lives.
